1. Who we are

Samgenius Travel Consult provides visa guidance, school placements, employer matching, and travel support.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Services & scope

We provide advisory and application support. We are not an embassy, immigration authority, or employer. We do not guarantee admission, job offers, or visa approvals—decisions are made by third parties.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information and documents.
  • Make payments on time and follow checklist/deadlines.
  • Attend interviews/biometrics when scheduled.
  • Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances.

5. Fees, payments & refunds

  • Fees will be quoted in writing before you proceed.
  • Government/embassy, school, medical, translation, courier and third-party fees are separate from our service fees.
  • Service fees are for professional time and are non-refundable once work begins, except where required by law. Any discretionary refunds exclude work already performed and third-party fees.
  • Consultation fees: Non-refundable once the session is booked and confirmed. One reschedule is allowed with 24-hour notice.
  • Document review / application preparation:
  • 50% refundable if you cancel before we submit any applications to schools/employers/embassies.
  • 0% refundable after submission to third parties (because work is completed and fees to third parties are non-recoverable).
  • Admissions/placement (school or employer matching): Our fee covers search, shortlisting, coaching, and documentation. It is not contingent on acceptance, job offers, or visas. If you cancel before shortlist/offer, we may grant a partial refund minus time spent and an admin fee; no refunds after shortlist/offer has been issued.
  • Government/third-party fees (embassy, biometrics, medicals, translations, courier, school application, visa fees): never refundable by us.
  • Client no-show or non-response: If you are unresponsive for 30 days, your case may be closed; reopening may require a new fee.
  • Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback terminates service and we may provide documentation to the payment provider to contest it.
  • Force majeure: We aren’t liable for delays or outcomes due to events beyond our control (embassy backlogs, strikes, system outages, policy changes).

6. Appointments & timelines

We’ll use reasonable efforts to meet target timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by embassies, schools, employers, background checks, system outages, or force majeure.

7. Documents & ownership

You are responsible for the authenticity of your documents. Submitting false information may end service immediately without refund and may have legal consequences.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or submission of false/illegal content.

10. Intellectual property

Website content (logo, text, images) is owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

11. Third-party links & services

We may link to or work with third parties. We are not responsible for their content, decisions, or policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If you receive services primarily from our UK office, UK law may apply. Disputes will first be handled by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, by the competent courts in Kumasi, Ghana (or Birmingham, UK for UK-based services).

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date will be shown above.
